Joso's dream is a great destination for a relaxing and quiet holiday. We were two families travelling together, and the house was perfect for this purpose. The place is as pictured in the listing, and the small kitchen has everything you need. Bedrooms are spacious and with private bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are essentially one big room with a shared entrance, and split inside into two "sections" plus a bathroom.
The 4 kids (aged 8-13) shared this room, and this worked well. The kids were thrilled both by the outdoor amenities (pool, terrace and beach), as well as the playstation in their room. We ate all our meals outside on the terrace where there is a table big enough for 8. Check-in and check-out was smooth, and we were greeted with fresh fruit and cold beverages on arrival. The beach/bay is just 20 meters away, shared with friendly neighbours and a few moored boats. It is small, but pleasant and not crowded. If you rent a boat in Vinišće, the bay has easy access for on-/offloading by way of one of the quays. Vinišće is a small and quiet town, a bit off the beaten track, which we really liked. A few restaurants (Konoba Vinišće is especially recommended), boats for hire, a beach and some small grocery stores. A short drive to Marina for more water activities for the kids. We had an excellent stay, and would love to come back sometime!
Joso's place is a real dream! We only spent 4 days in this beautiful place, but we wished we had more time. The house is so comfortable, clean, quiet, complete, cosy and so much more. We, and especially Isabel (4 years old), had a great time in the pool and at the beach. The private beach is so special! We spent many quiet hours there swimming, sunbading and snorkeling. Josipa made us feel very welcome and at home. She even put beer, water and fruit in the fridge for us. Every bathroom was complete with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable.
“Our stay was absolutely lovely. The setting was beautiful, people friendly and the host couldn't have done more. The house is very modern with all essentials provided for. The main criteria of which we chose this place was the private pool as we have a young child and it made the holiday. The private beach is shared between a few houses but it is still incredibly quiet and everyone is very friendly. The food available in town while nice is limited which also extended further afield so I would research the dishes beforehand if you're picky but you can also cook for yourself like we did some nights as it's just such a lovely place to sit down and eat. We are already planning our return trip to the exact same place we loved it so much.
